IN ACCORDANCE WITH CODE OF ALABAMA TITLE 40-10-182, THIS NOTICE IS TO INFORM YOU OF A TAX LIEN AUCTION. PER 40-10-184 (B) A TAX LIEN SOLD AT AUCTION PURSUANT TO THIS ARTICLE SHALL INCLUDE AN ORIGINATION COST OF $20 AND A $20 AUCTION FEE. 40-10-187 (A) AN ASSIGNEE FEE OF $5 SHALL BE COLLECTED FROM THE PURCHASER. THE DELINQUENT TAX LISTING IS UPDATED AS TAXES ARE PAID.
