Attached please find an updated list for the Tuscaloosa County Tax Sale. This list is current as of 8:00 a.m. today (June 16, 2020).

The Tax Sale will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in the Courthouse Annex Auditorium.

The auditorium is located behind the Tuscaloosa County Extension Office, 2513 7^th Street, Tuscaloosa, Alabama 35401.  You may park in the lot off 8^th Street (between Lurleen Wallace North and South). The entrance to the auditorium will be visible from the parking lot. Signs will be posted.

The auditorium will allow for social distance guidelines due to COVID-19. Seats will be spaced at least 6 feet apart. To aid in keeping everyone safe, we are asking that each bidder attend the auction alone, unless requiring assistance from another person. Please wear masks while in attendance.

You will be able to pay the bidder registration fee at the auditorium on Tuesday morning, and obtain your bid number. Please preregister for the tax sale through email or by fax. This will help us serve you better the day of the tax sale. Please send registration forms to mflowers@tuscco.com, or fax them to 205-469-6331. We will have registration forms at the auditorium that morning if you are unable to email or fax your form prior to the sale.  Registration will stop at 9:45 a.m.

The auditorium doors will open at 8:30 a.m. for you to obtain your bid number and pay your registration fee. Weather permitting, we ask that you return to your car or wait outside until the start of the Tax Sale.
