County Commission Work Session
The Tuscaloosa County Commission will conduct a work session at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled County Commission meeting June 16, 2021. The purpose of the work session is a presentation regarding PARA and an update from the Tuscaloosa County Economic Development Authority.
Commission Accepting Bids
The Tuscaloosa County Commission will accept bids for all bleachers currently located at the Abernant Ball Park. Sealed bids will be accepted through 5:00 pm, June 18, 2021, in the County Commission Office, ground floor, Tuscaloosa County Courthouse; or by mail addressed Tuscaloosa County Commission, 714 Greensboro Ave., Suite G78, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401. Minimum bid $100.00.
Memorial Day Holiday
The Tuscaloosa County Courthouse will be closed on Monday, May 31st 2021 for the Memorial Day Holiday.
4/9/21 Mask Update
With the state mask mandate set to expire today at 5:00pm, masks will be encouraged in publicly accessible areas of county facilities. For state courtrooms, court offices, and waiting areas in the 6th Judicial Circuit, masks will be required by standing court order through May 14th, at 5:00pm.
