IN ACCORDANCE WITH CODE OF ALABAMA TITLE 40-10-182, THIS NOTICE IS TO INFORM YOU OF A TAX LIEN AUCTION. THE TAX LIEN SALE WILL BE HELD ON APRIL 29, 2021 BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM. FOR MORE INFORMATION, VIEW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE TAX LIEN SALE WEBPAGE. PER 40-10-184 (B) A TAX LIEN SOLD AT AUCTION PURSUANT TO THIS ARTICLE SHALL INCLUDE AN ORIGINATION COST OF $20 AND A $20 AUCTION FEE. 40-10-187 (A) AN ASSIGNEE FEE OF $5 SHALL BE COLLECTED FROM THE PURCHASER. THE DELINQUENT TAX LISTING IS UPDATED AS TAXES ARE PAID.
County Commission Meeting Update
The Tuscaloosa County Commission meeting scheduled for March 17, 2021 has been moved to March 24, 2O21 at 9:00 a.m..
Thereafter, the Commission will meet at 9 a.m., on the first and third Wednesday’s of each month until further notice.
